All credit card transactions and/or purchases are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be offered.
Membership Dues: The primary member or authorized agent may terminate the membership for any reason upon advance written notice to CRF as provided in our membership agreement with you. To provide written notice of termination, you must complete a termination request form via certified mail (return receipt requested) to our mailing address. We do not accept termination requests by phone, email, fax or online. Failure to terminate prior to the 1st day of the month will automatically result in the continuation of your membership billing.
Termination within First 15 Days of Membership activation: You must provide written notice of termination, provided you have not previously cancelled a membership with CRF. If we receive your written notice within 15 days of activation of your membership, we will refund 50% of monthly Membership Dues. Except as provided herein, we will not refund any products or services purchased by or provided as part of your membership to you or any other member on your account. Abuse of the 15 day cancelation guarantee is not permitted.
Termination after First 15 Days of Membership: To terminate a membership, you must provide advance written notice via certified mail to CRF in accordance with your Agreement.
You may provide written notice of termination, by certified mail return receipt requested to our CR mailing address; or as otherwise permitted by CRF. If you do not provide timely advance written notice, you must continue to pay monthly membership dues and will continue to have access to our services and discounts.
